At Meadow Primary Care, we believe healthcare should feel personal, not rushed or transactional. That's exactly why Meriem Richardson founded Meadow Primary Care: to bring compassionate, relationship-based care back to families and individuals across Manatee County and surrounding communities.
With more than a decade of experience in healthcare, Meriem has cared for patients in some of the most demanding clinical environments. She began her career as a cardiac nurse, later serving as a pediatric nurse at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital, and eventually advancing into roles in urgent care and internal medicine as a board-certified nurse practitioner.
Throughout her career, Meriem became known not just for her clinical expertise, but for her deep compassion and unwavering commitment to putting patients first.
After years of witnessing how traditional, insurance-based healthcare limits the time and quality of care patients receive, she knew there had to be a better way. That's why she and her husband, entrepreneur Justin Richardson, launched Meadow Primary Care — a practice grounded in access, trust, and genuine connection between patient and provider.
